Data and privacy
Data processing processes in Onyx TMS are fully adapted to GDPR requirements.
All data of our customers is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area. We use the Google Cloud region in Warsaw (europe-central2).
Our data protection procedures have successfully passed verification by giants in the energy and logistics sectors listed on the stock exchange.
Application Security
Data at rest is automatically encrypted using the AES-256 algorithm in GCM mode.
We use Google Cloud KMS and Secret Manager services to protect encryption keys and application secrets. No one has access to the encryption keys.
We rely on certified Google Cloud data centers that meet strict ISO 27001 standards and SOC 2/3 reports.
Monitoring and availability
We guarantee the removal of critical errors within 3 working hours.
Thanks to Google’s cloud architecture and redundancy, we ensure stable operation even under heavy load.
Our support team proactively monitors service status to detect and eliminate potential threats before they impact your fleet's operations.
