Driving time recording
Van drivers follow the same rules as truck drivers. Driving time, breaks and rest periods must be recorded.
Fines up to 10,000 PLN
Missing tachograph or missing legalisation can result in major financial penalties and possible loss of transport license.

After 4.5h of driving, a mandatory 45 min break. Weekly max 56h, and 90h across two weeks.
